I was selling a cell phone on a local site and this number requested that I send it to his brother in nigeria. We had all of the particulars worked out and even the address for me to ship it to.  However, after I sent the invoice from my paypal account he/she did not finalize the deal and will not return any messages now.  I don't know what the deal is but I cancelled the invoice and am reporting this phone number.
