Did not answer. Just opening a post in case others receive calls from same caller. Caller ID "CHQ" sounds dodgy. Unfortunately, I'm getting seems like zillions of calls about surveys and voter "education" relevant to the GA 6th US congressional district race -- plus the usual crooks and the crooks piggy-backing on the election with phishing "surveys."
