im a night shift worker who was definitely bothered by this call.  the message on the answering machine said dynamic (? not sure rest of name) a debt collector "reaching out to you" .. . no one at this number has a debt less than 10 years old or collectible.  when i blocked my number and called it said not in service.  it comes up as a wireless number online.  reputable businesses don't use cell numbers and they asked me to call them back but how can i if the number is not in service.  very suspicious they call from a number not in service and did not leave another number to call.  the legal way to collect a debt is to advise in writing initially. i have not received anything from a dynamic anything.  They better hope I never answer them.  I think i will block them to prevent these idiots from bothering me again.
