Someone trying to sell me an extended car warranty claiming my (almost new) car factory warranty had expired. They called my cell, which is listed in the do not call registry. If you call the number back, it says not in service. Does anyone else know who this is? I reported the number as a violation on the national do not call registry website. All i know is it's a Georgia area code, and the recorded marketer had a heavy southern accent.
