I just got a call from 762-707-8765
saying my (sounded like they said RED CARD) has been blocked and I need to press 1 to speak with their security team. I pushed 1 and it said press 1 to unlock or 2 to stay... I pressed 2. And it hung up.
the computer voice automated outgoing message said my Bank of America credit card was locked, and requested I enter my 14 digit card number to proceed. This is an obvious credit card phishing scam.
I just got the same call at 7:30am on a Sunday. Automated call saying they are Bank of America and they regret to inform me that my BoA Credit Card has been locked. I hung up. Last week, I got several text messages saying the same thing. I contacted BoA and they said its a phishing scam. They had me forward the text to their fraud department.
Same as above-- a scam voice system saying they're Bank of America and my card is locked. The week before I got a similar call from a different number, using the same voice system but saying they were from US Bank.
