I am getting calls from this number.The caller is not leaving voice message. When I picked up the phone,noone answering the call. Strange.

Political call. This is their 4th call. They hang up immediately if they get an answering machine. This time I picked it up, never said "Hello", cleared my throat, then tapped the microphone. The person called me by name, then immediately started on her speech. Blocked.

Knew my name. Checking to see if I was voting.
