A man asked if this number was [name of my business] (he pronounced it pretty unsteadily, too). I said that it was; he hung up. Not cool!

Received call - dead air - called back - got an automated voice response about a "Community Welfare organization" who solicits donations.

2nd call in the past week from this number.

Yup, wouldn't give his name.  calling from 'community welfare org.' soliciting for money.

Called tried to solicit a non-deductible donation for the families of fire fighters killed in the line of duty. When I said I pay taxes and I shouldn't have to pay more he got belligerent. I hung up.
