Called and hung up, is "Welfare Community Fund Raising Service", I left message with them that I would give $5 to find out who the client is then I would go visit the client and let them know how they are harassing me on behalf of their charity and that I will NEVER give to that charity since the fundraiser harasses me.

Caller identifying himself as calling for "Welfare...Veterans of Minnesota". Didn't catch the exact wording of this "organization" but did have those key words in the title. I ended the call but it was apparent he was soliciting donation.
