I got the same message too and anyone who falls for this scam is a fool......... I know i'm not falling in that trap at all.

Now why would Apple use "live.com", a free, web based, email address? How do you win a contest you never entered? Let's say you bought a new phone & were automatically entered in a contest. Wouldn't they know your address & phone number? Wouldn't they just send you the prize - then advertise it? If you have to pay an advance fee for a prize - there is no prize.

And live.com is owned by Microsoft... why would Apple use an email service belonging to their arch-rival?
