We are the owners of this number and have contacted local law enforcement / secret service to see what can be done to stop these people from stealing our phone number for their own nefarious purposes. We are in no way connected with the scammers and are just as frustrated bye the situation as you are.
This is a scam call. An electronic voice tells you that they are Citizens State bank and due to recent unauthorized activity, your ATM card has been temporarily disabled. It asks you to press 1 to reactivate your card. I didn't press 1 to find out what info they are asking for since I do not have an account at this bank, but our local Citizen's State Bank and police have confirmed this is a scam, it is NOT real. Just hang up!
