Who called from 7632373220

Not 100% sure who they are. They were calling for the person that used to have the phone number before me. Recorded message said to call 866-357-7522.

They called, I didn't answer, this is the message they left:

I'm actually impressed that a debt collect left a message.  Not sure if I trust it for just that reason however.
