Who is this?! They call and then it disconnects right away... why?

Called my Cell phone, disconnected or hung up almost immediately.

I used Slydial to call the number back and it's a recording...something to the effect of "we're in your area installing free in-home alarm systems...you pay only a small monthly monitoring fee". It's just a scam..no idea who it is but ignore this to be on the safe side.

They called me by name and said that it has been a long time.  I asked who it was and they said "Dragon"  When I said dragon who, they hung up.
