CALLING ME TO PAY FOR MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FOR A YEAR (2 MONTHS AFTER STARTED RECEIVING MAGAZINES). THEY SAY I CAN NOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, THAT I HAVE TO PAY ANYWAYS. CLAIMS I HAVE A VERBAL AGREEMENT. DO NOT KNOW IF LEGAL OR NOT.
this number has been calling me for over a year. they call every other day and tell me that i owe them money. i NEVER received a single magazine. and they say that we had a verbal agreement and that i can't cancel my subscription. i cancelled the bank account that this was tied to. they claim that i owe them over $3000 and that they will legally pursue me for payment. this is completely bogus. every time i've answered it and spoken with someone, i ask for a manager. they hang up and someone else calls me back the next day. can't ever talk to anyone to get it cleared up. this company is a scam.
