Left voice mail and claimed to be from IRS. Said they had law suit against me and I should call back to get more information.

I just had the same call...just now!!! CRAZY!

I received a phone call claiming they are the IRS and that they are filing a lawsuit against me for not paying my taxes. This is a scam and I am reporting them to the IRS. www.Treasury.gov/TIDEA

also to file a complaint you can call 1-800-366-4484.

I also got a msg claiming to be the IRS. Called number busy . Then called agin no answer then disconnected. Is this a scam ? I would believe if the IRS was going to contact me it would be by certified mail .
