This is a real estate agent or mortgage broker. He will tell you he scrubs their list against the do not call list, but this is a lie based on the fact that he called me and seeing the other complaints here.

If you are on the DNC you can report this and other calls at 1-888-382-1222. I have been using the DNC for over 5 years and I can assure you that it does work, but sometimes takes some time. I get about one telemarketing call a month on average now and after I report them they almost never all back. Those that do get reported each time until they stop.
