robocall on my landline from  763-270-5992 caller ID said "GONSAR, PAULA" on Friday 7-22-16 @ 134PM.

live male calling SCAMMER (sounded foreign) said he "was with MN. Solutions". (far cry from being Paula Gonsar like caller ID indicated)
SCAMMER said they are in our area giving free estimates on damage to roofs you probably saw our signs in the area. would you be available tomorrow?"
I told him that "I haven't seen any signs with that company name in the area"
I then asked "where was his company located?"
SCAMMER responded with the suburb name we live in by slaughtering the pronunciation of it.
SCAMMER then asked "would you be available at 11AM or 7PM?"
I asked "was there any other times available?"
SCAMMER then asked "would you be available at 3 or 4 or 5?"
I asked him "well who would be coming around here?" and the SCAMMER responded "either Mike or Steve."
I asked him "will Paula be coming too?" SCAMMER asked "who?"
I asked him "do you know what caller ID is? and the SCAMMER responded "Yes"
I told him "you and your company are SCAMMERS" and I quickly started the "SCAMMER AIRHORN"
paused it after 10 seconds and SCAMMER was gone.

This was 3rd call from these MN SOLUTIONS SCAMMERS in a week and 2nd in successive days.

Called the phone number back as it was a local area code and got the following =
"your call has been forwarded to an automatic voice message system 763-270-5992
is not available  at the tone leave your message or press 9 for more options.....then got 'beep' sound
