Get several calls per day from this number they never leave a voice mail. I don't answer unknown calls and if it is important they should leave a message. Since they don't leave a message I assume it's a spam call.
It is ECM Solutions, they claim to help with student loan payments. Talked to them once but they are not part of Sallie Mae, they are private or independent.
Called this morning...when I answered; no one was there. I called the number back and got a recorded answer thanking me for calling "Solutions at EDMC" and that the call was being recorded.
If this is a firm that is supposed to "help" people with student loans they seem very unprofessional to me!
