Likes to call and not say anything when you answer. Call them back and it's an automated message saying they are for missing children, blah, blah, blah, fund raiser and to call another number if you wish to speak to someone.
Yeah, I would like to speak to someone, but apparently nobody knows how to talk there since they have yet to speak when they call me.
