Someone called for my daughter.
If they simply would introduce themselves when they woke me, I may at least take a message and tell her to call back, but nobody uses common courtesy anymore.
Since she doesn't live with me, and they don't want to be decent and use simple manners, I owe them nothing, and will continue to say she's not here and hang up. Its my phone and time they are interupting. Act like it.
They are collection. Not very nice either. Don’t you think people would be willing to pay there bill "that they didn’t even know they had" if the caller was a little less rude. I understand they have been getting hung up on all day and yelled at but statistically they will collect 23% more using a different approach.
I admit I hung up on them. I would be more than happy to pay the bill when they can have a rep from there company call me with a little different attitude. They already screwed up my credit so I can afford to wait for the nice person to call.
I keep getting "Kim" who calls me each and every day at 8:59 on the nose. I work overnights so it happens during my sleep time. I just put the number on "DNA"(Do Not Answer) She is on rude woman.
Received an incredibly rude call from Connie from this number - yelling about a bill that was past due. She had my name correct but an address I had never heard of and went on to say I owed this money for x-rays. She finally agreed to send me an itemized bill, but not before she went off about me paying this bill. I've heard these collectors receive a commission for collecting the dues. Just read the entry from WRONG ATTITUDE dated 01.19.09 - this individual hit it all RIGHT ON THE MARK. From now on, I won't be answering phone numbers that are not in my personal Phone Book. Sheesh!
