Call is on behalf of the publishers, it's one of those deals where you have to be referred or complete some registration to get call from them. They've been in business for years and I've gotten calls in the past from them. We had them a LONG TIME AGO, and didn't have any problems. Now days we read everything online and get enough mail as it is. The promotion also gets you some online gift cards for signing up, but that wasn't enough incentive for us to start getting that many magazines again. Only advice is if you decide to sign up, take the time and change the magaiznes on the phone right away or you'll be stuck with the first ones being ones they pick for you. Good thing is you can change the magazines on the fly, just not until they start coming. If you don't like lots of mail, or just have a po box you probably don't want the service. When we had them years ago, half of our subscriptions came weekly, so even though it was only 5 titles, we got like 15 mags a month!!!
Got a call from them after I requested it online. Very nice girl, and looked them up afterwards and they were legitimate. I wasn't interested but they were polite about it
I bought magazines for the first time in my adult life. Never have bought, or subscribed to them before because I read everything online. The only reason I'm giving it a try is because they let you change the magazines they send you whenever you want. My only complaint so far is the girl I spoke to had a deep southern accent and I had to constantly ask her to repeat herself!!
Got discount magazines and gift card for doing their online survey, good thing is you pick the magazines and their customer service is in America not India!!!!!!!!
We live rural and usually get some subscriptions to keep up to date on news and stuff. We don't get cable or internet where we are so it's nice to have a few magazines. this is the only place we've found that will send us Farmers Almanac as part of their service. We spoke to Sean last night and got a good deal again. Always friendly customer service people, and enjoy the service.
