This is another fake vacation scam.  But they are spoofing other people's numbers to make the call.  This is about the 6th one I've gotten from an area code 763-443 number (which is my own area code / prefix).    When I call the number back, I get a private party who has no idea that someone is spoofing their number.   It's not fair to block them or report the number as spam when it's spoofed.  But perhaps if enough people do this, and enough people get angry that their numbers are being spoofed by telemarketers (my own has), then something will be done.
