Multiple calls. Caller ID says MEMORIALBLOODCN. Presume that is Memorial Blood Centers, a  group of blood donation centers in the Minneapolis area.

Called number back from a different telephone number and computer message said "call was being recorded for quality assurance" and then another message said call was unable to be completed.
