They have called me a few times.. but they always hang up.. it's annoying because I wanna tell them to not call anymore..I am sure it's collection also..
Recieved a call from Westwood Management Corp. Tim Simon left an urgent message to return his call to his direct number: 763-478-9117. When asked if he was from a collection agancy, he denied it, saying, "Oh no! It's much more important then that - you are being sued".
First, it's illegal for collection agencies to tell people they are being "sued". Second, they are not supposed to call again if told they are to stop calling. I've heard these two pointers on an investigative report on a news program. They did a segment on Collection Agencies pulling such lies, conning people, and being threatening to people. To me, this is far worse then people in debt and unable to pay bills for lack of money in these times.
Returned what appeared to be an urgent voice mail. Nasty, pushy person, who would not identifyy himself or who he was representing. Wouldn't allow me to even finish a sentence much less answer my questions. Was told this is no laughing matter, he indicated I was being sued. Questioned my last four digits of my social secuirty number that were not mine. When I flatly stated no more answers to his questions until I got more information, I was abruptly transfered me a second man who while a little less aggressive provided no information. All in all, a very distubing experience.

I have received many calls, at least 2 per day, I have requested them NOT to call back and they do the next day. It is a call for my daughter who does not live here. They even have questions about my 12 year old granddaughter! And yes, they hang up if you ask their name.
