No message left. Have received ongoing calls from 763-498-XXXX for weeks. As soon as one number is blocked, they call with a slightly different 763 number. Sometimes yelling out home owners first name.
They call every day between 1:30 and 4:00. They never leave a message. I tried to answer and it sounded like a foreigner. Every day the number is different and if you call back, the number has been disconnected. Today I called back right away and actually got through to a voicemail, but nothing identifying the person. I left a message. When I called back again later, it said the number has been disconnected.
