I let it ring thru and received a voicemail from the Target Best Health Team; the message included a toll-free number to call re "a service available as part of my health plan". I am a Target employee with medical benefits via United Heathcare. When I called back, I reached the regular cue at UHC Target, and was put on hold for the next available operator, so I hung up. Why not send an email with some details, rather than robot dial and waste my time?
It's Optum Health, a service provider of United Healthcare, where they call to see how you are doing. It is ridiculous that when they call, I answered and then I'm immediately "put on hold" to wait for them to come to the phone. They are the ones that called me! It is obviously an automatic dialer, and I'm in the cue. I've been on hold at least 10 minutes. Why have the outbound call go out when there are no representatives present to talk?
