I have this same situation this person keeps on calling, won't identify himself and would hang up rigth away, i am tired of this and if it continues i am going to report this!
get on the no call list--web site-- wwwdonotcall.gov-submit your info, you should be good to go, but i do not know how long it takes to go into effect.
