Caller is an auto dialer with a message about my vehicle warrenty about to run out, and tells me to press 1 to speak to a co rep to renew it. This is a scam, otherwise it wouldn't be so hard to call them back. Whenever I've tried to do so, I get a robot telling me this is a non working number.
I've gotten the same thing a couple of months ago from an outfit in Henderson NV. I had to file a complaint with the FCC to get them off my back, and now, I'm glad I filed the address in a safe place, because complaint #2 is forthcoming.
Yeah i got this same call from this number today around 2 pm est. and have gotten a few before about this vehicle warranty thing, i don't think my warranty is about to expire my car is a 2007.
I got this call today. Pressed 1 and a woman asked for the make and model of my car. I asked the woman not to call anymore. She cut me off yelling at me to shut up. So, I calmly stayed on the line repeating, "Hello?" It went back into autodial and a second person picked up not saying anything. Went back into autodial another time. So, a third person picked up asking for the make and model of my car. I asked her from what company she was calling and this woman told me she couldn't tell me that. I asked, "Really? I'd like to know the name of the company I am about to do business with." She said she is only allowed to get the make and model of my car and sign me up for the warranty and to "Hold on." Her 'hold' was a disconnect. Tried to call the number back- computer says not in service.
Who do you think you are when you have been defrauding my family business for many years? I have been notifying via e-invoices to persons with long overdue ICLD and communications services. I personally do not steal peoples information or scam people and have had to notify by private e-mail those responsible along with our policy and terms as to remind them of overdue balances. I see that you are using a landline and a cell phone both of which broadcast over my property and have without my being compensated for the usage. I have been providing these services since 1994-present and you have not paid as agreed and are in arrears and default.
