Robo calling system that uses voice recognition to play things that try to fool you into thinking it is a real person. It is not. You can report these kinds of illegal calls that use recordings to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222. You can report calls like this even if you are NOT on the federal do not call list.

Said it was auto insurance services, wanting to know if I wanted to compare home or auto rates. Stupid scammers.
