calls and no message it obamacare

Received call - beeped and stated that there was "no one available to take your call."

according to the message, it's United Healthcare...probably legitimate

keep getting calls from 763 645 5235 at least two times a week and they leave no message-recently I signed
up for an aarp ppo plan and the agent  wrote up a hmo plan.  checked with aarp and made the correction and
I was under the impression-sales agent wrote up the plan-I was interested in.????

didnt leave messag. Think it was health care sales.
