I have been getting the same thing on mine. Use to be that only certain ppl had my number, now all these numbers have started calling and I am not sure why. Its really uncalled for that this mess is happening,.
I have been getting this number on my cell phone too!!! They call like 4-5 times a day, no one answers and they never leave a msg. Very annoying!! I don't owe anyone money so it's not a bill collector!
This is a Debt Collector. I registered them on my caller ID. And then done some investigating here today online. Reverse Detective Work. They are out of Minnesota. Anyway.... OPA Group. But when you call them back it's a lawyer or Legal aid of some sort. The website says they collect for mostly Hospitals... Maybe that will give you an idea of your creditor and who they are using to collect an old debt. They have many telephone numbers and fax numbers. Beware.
