I also can confirm this is a number used by United Healthcare. I asked them a question the day before, they had to further checked regarding my plan. They called me back the next day with an answer.
Message said "This is Krista, calling from your managed care company". Actually turned out to be Houston Care Advocacy agency from United Behavioral Health (our insurance company). Not a collections person.
