This is an automated call from the Minnesota Department of Transportation regarding their MnPASS service with the intent of collecting money. Apparently when your account balance falls below a certain amount, even if your account is in good standing, they assess a $25 fee. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and unethical. Also in my opinion, these calls are harassing, abusive and unnecessary when they occur multiple times per day.
