Dont know but they have been calling my cell phone every 2 hours, and do not leave a message.

It's a solicitor. Just call the number back and ask to be put on the do not call list.

i keep answering and they hang up

2 calls in an hours time. No message left.  5/1/13

P.S., someone please stop the snow! It's May FFS!!!

I blocked my number and called back. An automated voice said " Only one entry per phone number" than hung up.
