Same here...I looked up the number and it is saying it is a us cellular number out of Delphi, or brookston Indiana.  This number didn't leave a message, but about 3 weeks ago I got a call from 7652426360 and they left threating messages on my voicemail. I called them back, and it was a rude guy threating me saying something about an old payday loan from 2004 or 2005 saying it was not paid off. (it had been paid off years ago when it should have been) I have read online here that many are getting call scams like this. Not sure if the 765-2014568 is connected to that, but they are both in the same area according to online look ups.
