Called once, no msg

Had missed call on cell phone from this number. Tried to call it back got a recording about this being an invalid number.  Who does this number belong to?  Does anybody know?

CALLED ME ONCE, DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE

My cell rings once or twice and I say hello and nothing,
it started yesterday  all 4 numbers did the same thing,

I will not call them back, possibly a scam where they charge your cell bill an enormous fee.
