Who called from 7652265605

I think this is a scam second call I've gotten the first one was from another state same type of call

Third IRS fake call i have received. Always a different no. and from a different state even!  Most callers can't even speak good English! Always threaten to have me arrested if I don't pay up Now! I was born at night (literally, I was) but NOT Last Night!!

This is 100% a scam, I called back and "the subscriber you are trying to reach...." message saying basically the line is now out of service.

This is the Internal Revenue Service calling because there is an arrest warrant in my name & to call 7652265605.  I called the number and it says the number is out of order. I was scared when I first heard the message but after I logically thought it through & googled the phone number I realized it was a fake call,  But itvwas scary when I first heard it.
