This is an IRS SCAM call.  The message they left said I had committed a fraud against the IRS and that an arrest warrant was being made out in my name (they didn't mention my name).  If I wanted to settle that I was to call them back.  FIRST  THE IRS NEVER CALLS ANYONE.  THE IRS SENDS NOTIFICATIONS IN THE MAIL!!!!  Do not return this call.  Block the number on your phone.
