Said they was the IRS and I had a lawsuit against me and that I would be arrested I tried to call the number back and nobody answers I've been having these type of calls for the last couple weeks now and everytime someone does answer it's a man with a strong Indian Hindu accent and when I told him that the real IRS will not call you that they will send you certified mail he got very mad at me so I hung up don't trust anybody that says they are calling from the IRS they want to steal your information and use it for themselves you can go on the IRS website irs.gov and see for yourself and get the real phone number if you wish to call them to make sure that you don't have anything pending against you but don't fall for this scam

Same as the other caller: fraudulent return and I will be arrested. Silly I think. If I was scamming I would try something better than this. Yes there is a temptation to call back but better to not, when you call back I am sure that info is passed to other scammers.
