Moved into a new house about 3 months ago. I have tracked about 300 calls from this number on my caller ID, which states it is "Sallie Mae." Have asked half dozen times to stop calling me, they have the wrong number. They will call back several times in one day. I've even tried profanity, to which they reply 'sir, that is not necessary.' To which I reply, I disagree - apparently you don't respond to polite and professional requests.
Anyone know who this $#%$^ are? I want to sue them!!!!!
This company has called me several times, using at least four different phone numbers: 765.283.3014, 765.283.3015, 302.283.4082, and 303.283.4088. If you'll notice, all calls are from the 765 or 302 area code and use the same 283 exchange. The only difference is the extension. The most recent series of calls occurred this morning...twice within 90 minutes. I've finally added them to my blocked call service, but wonder how long it will be before they use another extension to bother me again.
