This phone number calls me once a day and leaves no message. I had to look them up online to find out who they are. As I understand it there is no provocation for their call, and no excuse for a legitimate caller not leaving a message. I'm not sure of who this caller is because I haven't picked up, but I found online that it may be Sallie Mae loans.

They call every day and it is usually an odd time (like 9pm, 6am). I am getting tired of it. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number seeing as it was not included in my loan information.
Scam of some sort. Have been calling once in the morning and once in the evening for a few days now. No messages left. I called Sallie Mae (real number from their web page), they know nothing about this. It appears these are pros, they have hi-jacked the phone number and fool caller ID into listing it as "Sallie Mae". Don't answer, just ignore.
