Got a call asking for the owner of our company.  I said he was not in.  The man on the other end of the line asked if we have been having any problems with our roof leaking.  I said no, so he then said, OK, that is all I was checking on.  Then hung up.  We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  I guess it doesn't matter anymore, we still get spam calls.

This is the cell number of a representative for a roofing company out of the Indianapolis/Kokomo area. The reps pass along phone numbers to other reps and also give phone numbers to their call center. This company and its employees are an absolute nuisance.  They have been calling me from different numbers for the past 5 years. I've bolcked them, requested removal from call lists, written letters for fax and email....the calls keep coming.  But the call frequency now is about 1x per month. These guys are idiots. They just don't get it.

Very unprofessional. I got a call from this number with a guy mumbling & talking to someone else. He asked for Jerry but when I asked which one since we have a few, he just hung up.

They also call from 765-347-8297.
I have reported them to the FCC & BBB but they called again today.

Well it took about 4 months, many emails & phones, a complaint with the FCC, FTC, BBB, mayor, more emails but they finally stopped calling. Well, they last called on 07/29 but ended the call before I could even answer & on 07/24 before that. If they call, tell them YOU'RE the business owner & want to be put on their DNC list.
Then call 877-708-3844, ask for Peggy regarding removal from their database. She'll tell you to go to www.infogroup.com (they sell leads to the call center Five Star uses), find out what info they have on your company, then send a request to have that info removed to [email protected] like so:
"Good morning,
Could you please remove the following listings from your database?
[Insert info you found at www.infogroup.com here]
I am requesting this removal because a company called Five Star Commercial Roofing based in Hartford City, IN continues to call us despite our repeated requests to be put on their DNC list. We have an open case with the BBB & complaints filed with the FCC & FTC. It’s become borderline harassment. They’re also very unprofessional over the phone & with their lack of complying with the law to honor requests to be put on their DNC list.
