I got a call on my cell phone 9:30 am 1.17.17. Didn't answer. No message. They are everywhere! They have computers that call every number they can so how can you stop them? The area code is around Indianapolis, if it's not spoofed. AT&T offered cell service with blocker but you have to pay extra and they just change the number anyway! AGGHH!!
Called my cell phone, did not leave a message. Caller ID read R DOBBS. Returned the call, automated message said "press 9 to be put on a do not call list".
