Caller said his name was ray Smith and wanted to talk to my husband. I told him it wasn't possible. When I tried to explain my husband had a stroke, couldn't talk & I had POA he hung up on me. I called back, he was just as rude. 4th time someone else answered and I told him the situation. He wanted my husband's SSN. Since I don't know the company I refused & they hung up on me again.
