i got a call from this number (765) 470-7099. and then three minutes later (919) 822-9838 called..neither left a message..i have a cheapo minute phone and have had it 2 weeks and have already blocked more then 67 numbers..and i get text messages speaking in broken english ranges from, i won money, to saying someones (im assuming the person whom had this number before me) name, last name and address (in my town) its absolutely insane...its just a cheapo phone i bought to see if i can let go and save money with a more expensive company, but i might have to stay elsewhere as these calls are just insane....and most are (765) numbers that ive looked up and its just scam, spam etc ..id hate to post a phone number or a spoofed number, and i dont call any back..but its way to much
Robocall. No one commented when I answered the telephone. Perhaps a call made to "test" whether or not someone was at home so that another call, locally-originated would make the sales call.

New Number
All phone numbers are recycled. No one gets rid of a number without a good reason since it a pain in the butt to notify everyone. So now you know why the former owners got rid of that number.
