This caller is a Muslim trying to recruit American Feminists to join their cult.

Advertising a 1500 dollar security system , left a voice mail.
It did say if you wanted to be removed from their call list to press 2.

Got a call from this number yesterday. Knew my name. It sounded garbled and maybe through a cloth muffler or something. Just a few scatter, semi-intelligible words, but I regret I can't remember them. I hung up after 15 seconds.

called my cell.  I didnt pick up.  proally a scam for either security system, free trip, or extended warranty bullshirt
I get calls from 281-205-8940, 336-869-3613, 417-800-2897, 469-518-8676.  hate it.  I dont answer.  My house phone rings ALL DAY LONG WITH THE SAME STUFF.   block them ! they waste my time.  Thanks for this site.

What's interesting is your knee-jerk ignorant response and assumption.
Anyone can make anything they want to appear on the Caller ID display, both for the name and the number. It's called spoofing.
Did your CID show a non-working number? YES...
Did they call from that non-working number? NO...
