Lady in a heavy British accent left a recorded message saying due to our excellent credit record we are eligible for a reduced rate on our credit cards...  Think about the stupidity of this statement. If we have such an excellent credit rating why do we need a reduced rate? DUGH!!!!!! We pay off all our bills almost at the time we get them; never pay any interest (except on our mortgage) and never ever pay credit card interest rate which are outrageous.
