As April stated, the call is coming from Indiana Wesleyan University. Callers don't have to "get" your numbers from anywhere specific. A number of years ago (before the "Do Not Call" list), my sister did temp work for a local newspaper trying to solicit subscriptions. She was given an area code, the next 3 digits and then told to start with 0001, 0002, etc, working her way up the #s - therefore making calls to all numbers wheter listed or not.
This drives me nuts. I'm an IWU Alumni. I don't have the money to buy alumni books or donate to scholarships, yet they call all the time asking for handouts. You'd think after hearing no time and time again, they'd stop calling.
