Said they were from Microsoft and that there was a problem with my computer (I don't have Windows). I asked who she was calling for, she said "This is Cathy, I'm calling from Microsoft." I asked again, "Who are you looking for, what name?" and she hung up! Definitely a scam... never give information out to a number you don't know. If they ask who they are talking to, do not give your name. If they are calling YOU, they should know! If there is really a problem, ask them for the address of the nearest location where you can handle it in person!
