I get a call from this number at least 1 every day. Every time I answer, it sounds like they're gargling and talking at the same time. Then I question them why they keep calling when they know I can't understand them. Then they hang up!

Called no message left? In my opinion if someone is not leaving a message then they are nothing to talk about.

called today asking for the person in charge of processing credit card payment - sounded like he was in a bar - told him not to call back again, some kinda scam - not sure what.
