Jill has called me almost everyday for a year over an insurance claim that the company filed wrong, twice! She has pushed me to tears several times. She has been calling for a confirmation paper that she should have received. I don't see why I should be responsible for these people's mistakes.
At least 8 calls in the last week. I have not answered because I do not recognize the number. I have voicemail but whoever it is has not once bothered to leave a message. Getting to be a bit of a pain.
keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number and they always ask for Brian" whom i don't know and I tell them that. so....they call back the next day and ask for Brian. Maybe they are just checking to see if I could have met someone named Brian overnight....hmmmm
This is Atlas Collections in Muncie IN. They are very difficult and always rude. I went in there to pay a bill once and everyone looks extremely trashy, so I'm scared to provide them with my credit card info! They call constantly, won't leave a message, and are always really rude.
Well maybe you wouldnt have these problems of Atlas Collections, Inc. calling you if you would just pay your bill. The bills are not going to go away, so just call them back and take responsiblity for your actions.
